DataRobot is looking for a passionate digital marketing professional. The ideal candidate has experience strategizing, implementing and maintaining complex demand generation programs.
As part of the Marketing team, you will be a key participant in transforming digital marketing on our owned platforms (datarobot.
com, microsites, and localized websites). This will require you to understand how our user journey operates today, the vision for the future, and our path to get there.
Your expertise and insights will drive forward marketing plans and digital marketing efficiency for DataRobot. You will partner with multi-functional teams at multiple levels across the organization to support marketing campaigns, technology and apply deep understanding of digital analytics and optimization performance.
Success in this role requires a strong foundation in all digital channels (web, SEO, SEM, social, email marketing, nurture programs, ABM), data and analysis skills coupled with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Building relationships within the broader marketing teams will be key. This position will require you to engage with a wide variety of partners to socialize and advance our owned digital strategy.
You will need to think beyond the raw data, understand the business context, and surface opportunities.
Job Responsibilities :
With minimal oversight, drive our digital marketing programs and optimization programs drive leads through the marketing funnel.
Lead progression through our funnels are a key area of responsibility.
Developing and executing marketing strategies that increase the efficiency of our marketing funnels.
Partnering with the Content Team to analyze content and ensure correct alignment across all channels.
Experimenting on channels, landing pages, and creatives, and to enforce the digital experience of our prospects.
Manage and share program analysis results to understand ROI and support budgeting decisions.
Implementing targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns.
Provides campaign performance analysis and communicates and implements timely optimizations to drive results.
Manage measurement of key performance metrics including ownership of daily and monthly reporting.
Implement best practices, making recommendations on how to improve results; collect data and results to report to key stakeholders.
Take ownership of ensuring we are hitting weekly and monthly targets.
Work with teams across the organization to bring together data used to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
Expand sales and marketing teams’ understanding of digital marketing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing or related discipline
At least 5-7 years in digital marketing in the technology sector; B2B experience a must
Excellent English skills; written and verbal communication are required.
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include digital advertising, social media, email marketing, nurture programs, web / landing pages, A / B testing and optimization, and outreach.
Maintains the day-to-day management of email, web, and digital operations including build, QA, deployment, and reporting for Global Campaigns.
Supports the localization process for the campaign, including supporting campaign localization and adaptation requirements for the Geographies.
Experience with B2B marketing, specifically high-tech products / services.
Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.com.
Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across business teams.
Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail.
