Nestlé Business Services is announcing an opening for Competence Support and Operational Management Specialist, Organizational Management team in Lviv.
Main responsibilities : Accurately and timely execute activities and functions in :
Organizational Management - processing in SAP actions;
Reporting preparing internal reporting and reporting state authorities;
Execution of operational H2R Admin activities (including Training & Learning for Switzerland, Austria and Ukraine, NTRS, NRCC Recruitment admin for Switzerland, Tax Return Support, Country reassignment) to be run accurately and timely for all markets that are being serviced;
Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes / errors and problem solving;
Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestlé Best Practices;
Develop and administer (plan, control, report project status, project life cycle, conclude the project, projects kick-
Main requirements :
University degree either in Economics / Accountancy / Finance / International relations;
Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis);
Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate / fluent);
Advanced user of MS Excel and other MS Office applications;
Strong personal TM skills;
Strong customer service skills, including aptitude for working with personnel at all organizational levels;
Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously;
1+ year of experience in OM, HR or PY, T&L administration is a preference.
