YOU ARE
Professional with two plus years of project management experience in the IT Industry
Expert in leading / guiding the development teams of engineers to drive them, decomposing the complexity of tasks, mentoring them, communicating and convincing around that or another decision
Strong in Agile Scrum, Kanban, Scaled SCRUM (SAFE, LeSS, Nexus)
Confident in management teams of 10+ employees in total, including Tech Lead and Architect level specialists
Professional with excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Person with a proactive & open to changes and challenges mindset
Would be beneficial
Technical experience in development and / or QA
Experience in engineering management for Enterprise and / or big ISV company
