  • Professional with two plus years of project management experience in the IT Industry
  • Expert in leading / guiding the development teams of engineers to drive them, decomposing the complexity of tasks, mentoring them, communicating and convincing around that or another decision
  • Strong in Agile Scrum, Kanban, Scaled SCRUM (SAFE, LeSS, Nexus)
  • Confident in management teams of 10+ employees in total, including Tech Lead and Architect level specialists
  • Professional with excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Person with a proactive & open to changes and challenges mindset
  • Would be beneficial

  • Technical experience in development and / or QA
  • Experience in engineering management for Enterprise and / or big ISV company

  • Leading team focused on developing a new integration
  • Driving initiatives & work with opportunities
  • Analyzing information on both low and high levels
  • Making well-analyzed decisions and taking responsibility for them
  • Owning part of the business and being fully responsible for its success
  • Setting up & manage communications & relationships on Team, Client, and Company levels
  • Driving regular 1x1 meetings with each team member
  • Developing and controlling personal development plans for your team members
  • Organizing & drive performance evaluations for your team members
  • Sharing & receiving regular constructive feedback
  • Organizing training, workshops, and team buildings for your team
  • Being responsible for the team Balancing, Retention, and Recruitment
  • Providing Operational Support for your team (ongoing tracking of progress of work; status reporting; performance tracking; invoicing)
  • Contributing to project growth and success (working as a partner with other dev managers on the Account of getting the best value of cooperation for Client and Project success)
  • Driving Risk Management & Quality Management on your project
  • Growing & developing your Professional skills
