Nestlé Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for a Hire-to-Retire Supervisor . Key responsibilities :
Define and monitor implementation of H2R plans and objectives, in line with NBS Lviv strategy;
Ensure quality of the end-to-end processes in H2R stream;
Eliminate waste and drive standardization through running and coordinating the improvement projects;
Develop functional and leadership competencies of the team members through effective development plans realization;
Ensure compliance with the respective markets' legislation and Nestlé audit standards including updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices);
Promote and support Nestlé Continues Excellence awareness. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of NCE tools.
Ed ucation and experience :
Project experience in process improvements;
Strong leadership skills, adaptability to change, initiative;
People management experience;
Good analytical and organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment;
Upper-intermediate or Advanced English (both oral and written).
