Currently, we are looking for a project administrator. The role covers delivery operations activities, management in multiple regions, as well as strong support for the regional delivery function.
Development and implementation of a number of processes across all regions
Onboarding, background check process, off boarding and change management
Monitoring of a number of reports across different regions
Attrition tracking across the account
Management of the account’s financial forecast, active cooperation with billing department
Revenue estimation. Assistance with the forecast calculation according to the terms of active agreements for the actual year as well as for the next year
Time reporting verification assistance in case of any time reporting issue
Ensuring the team has access to client’s environment
Keeping Jira and Wiki in order
Help DMs / Team Leads with assignments on the projects
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Upper-Intermediate and higher English level (B2+)
