Challenges you will solve
Design and maintain user-facing documents and guides.
Design email templates.
Design digital resources for web advertising, social media, and online distribution.
Design marketing materials for physical print.
Create and develop multimedia (audio / video) content for marketing campaigns.
Digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
Track, review and manage all artwork creation, imagery, IP.
Ensure consistent branding across all resources.
Maintain Branding Guidelines with all current standards.
Work with partners to ensure proper presentation of GETTR on third party marketing materials and meet partner brand requirements for internal materials
Edit video and sound projects including selecting program format for final output, importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music / voice-over / sfx, media management and archiving project media.
All other duties as assigned.
3+ years related experience.
Proficient in the use of Adobe CC Software InDesign, Illustrator,
Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro.
Knowledge of Digital and Print media design.
Experience creating video content. (long form videos, short form videos, Instagram reels, GIFs).
Experience and understanding of design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytelling.
Knowledge of UI / UX Concepts is a plus.
Ability to ideate how a high-level concept or key messaging can come-to-life through engaging visual content that can be shared on our social channels, including storyboarding and scripting.
Ability to apply a fresh, modern approach to design and understanding of mainstream trends.
Strong organization skills and ability to demonstrate initiative.
High degree of creativity and excellent problem-solving skills.
Previous startup experience preferred.
