Areas of Responsibility
Manage functional and non-functional requirements artifacts (backlog, user stories) through all development and QA iterations
Facilitate requirements analysis sessions with project stakeholders
Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish requirements baseline. Stakeholders include client business team, development team, third party development teams, QA team
Work closely with project manager to ensure traceability of requirements through development phase
Assist the project QA team with development of test cases
Experience in writing user stories & acceptance criteria for multiple business processes in Agile development methodology
Practical knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology
Expertise in business process design / redesign
Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and mentor / direct others
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with both internal development teams and external clients
