More than a developer you are able to : - Be in a Team Lead role for the Cognos junior developers team, where there are no members currently in Lviv, but we are planning for 6 8 more;
Understand customer needs, be the link between your developers and the internal customer, manage the delay of development and help technically the junior developers;
Be mobile 3 months (initial training) to go to France. International business trips : a couple of weeks / year in France or others VEO Worldwide / Noz sites.
Relevant areas of expertise : - 5+ years of skill as a Cognos BI / Analytics Developer;- 4+ years of skill on databases SQL Server, Oracle;
3+ years of skill as Cognos Administrator;- Strong experience in creating OLAP Cubes using Cognos Transformer;- Fluency in English.
Nice to have skills : - Proficiency with Cognos BI (Preferably 11), Product Suite (Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Query Studio, Framework Manager, Transformer, workspace advanced);
5+ years of skill on writing SQL queries;- Knowledge with ETL design and dimension modeling (SSIS, Sunopsis / ODI, Talend, etc.

excellent communications skills, able to work effectively with business users to understand and clarify requirements as well as educate and resolve end user issues.
