welcomes a talented Fraud Subject Matter Expert , a professional who will join a new project within a Telecom Team for our respectful client BICS.
As a Subject Matter Expert you will be leading a small team which is responsible for BICS Fraud platform.
You will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for this platform and manage the relation between the team and the different vendors, customers and BICS TCS teams.
You will do the parametrisation and configuration of the Fraud Management Platform and will investigate the different issues we encounter on the platform to identify the root cause.
You will follow up from incident till the problem resolving on the product / feature. As SME you perform data analysis of the system and understand the relation with the other BICS platforms.
You translate the business requests into a functional and technical design. Perform quality assurance checks on in-house developed components to enrich the Fraud Management platform.
Supervise and validate new software version implemented by vendor.
