YOU ARE

  • Showing 2+ years of resource / project management experience (preferable within IT service management or software development environment, but not limited)
  • A holder of Agile methodologies working knowledge
  • POssessing big-picture thinking and vision
  • Skilled in independent work while cooperating with remote team members
  • Showing solid organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Successful in people management
  • Having outstanding communication skills
  • Familiar with security solutions and controls
  • Able to focus on result
  • Stress resistant and conflict resolver
  • A Team player
  • Demonstrating Intermediate English level
  • This knowledge will be considered as an advantage

  • Server OS
  • Network technologies, services, and protocols (TCP / IP stack, VLAN, VPN, NAT, DNS)
  • Cloud technologies and principles (AWS or Azure)
  • ISO / IEC 27001
  • Certification in ITIL, Scrum, PM

    Team / People management ensuring comfort work of team members, organizing and facilitating feedback sessions, managing workload efficiency, working with employee satisfaction surveys (eNPS), developing promotion and professional development plans, organizing team buildings and events, team development according to business goals and strategy, participating in interviews and providing feedbacks about candidates, mentoring and onboarding, providing inputs for compensation forecasting

    Project and task management

  • Following, facilitating, and improving Agile methodologies of project and task management
  • Supporting the team in effort estimation (using applicable estimation techniques), prioritization, set ting dependencies on other teams, tracking and estimating the changes
  • Identifying and eliminating blockers
  • Measuring and tracking team performance (i.e. velocity) and providing decision for improvement
  • Stakeholder expectations management - tracking and providing status and feedbacks, communicating team achievements and ideas efficiently (preparing presentations for monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting meetings)
  • Following enterprise service development lifecycle based on ITIL
  • Assisting senior management in budget preparation, providing inputs and justifications for planned costs
  • Following and improving communication plans (organizing and facilitating meetings, communicating efficiently with other tools)
  • Assisting PM in risk management implementation and improvement (creating risk register, setting up risk review meetings)
  • Developing project-related documents
  • Assisting PM in quality management setup and improvement
  • Assisting Project Manager in organizing and facilitating meetings with vendors
  • Operations

  • Monitoring Team ticket queue in IT Service Management system
  • Measuring and tracking service metrics (SLA / OLA, MTBF, MTTR, RTO / RPO, Compliance, etc.)
  • Audits

  • Cooperation with GRC in regards to internal and external audits
  • Collaboration with audit findings (looking for root cause, defining and managing corrective actions)
