As a Talent Success Lead (Resource Manager), you will be responsible for leading the process of resource tracking all through the location.
This is a hands-on role that includes interacting with employees, project managers, and all the company leadership team.
Talent Success Lead (TSL) also manages tools, data, and reporting pertaining to resource management of the company staff, including capability, availability, and data utilization.
Moreover, this role works hand in hand with Recruiting in screening prospective resources into each practice.
Having 2+ years of experience with facilitation, coordination, scheduling, and managing of internal and external resources or similar role (Recruitment, HR, etc.)
A candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher
Possessing a deep understanding of IT outsourcing industry
Demonstrating a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills in managing complex tasks and situations
A holder of excellent organizational skills, unflagging attention to details, and demonstrating a commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
Able to independently manage priorities and resources in a high volume, client-driven environment
Showing service-oriented and responsive attitude
Experienced in Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
The one having Intermediate+ English level

Managing release to reserve process, making decisions on the acceptance
Assuring load, managing tasks assignment for employees in reserve, making dismissal decisions
Managing retraining process and internal projects
Managing reserve cost-effectiveness
Consulting and supporting company management to ensure the best quality of collaboration with staffing
Keeping stakeholders updated regarding staffing capabilities in location
Participation in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions in the location
Analysis of reserve quality and amount of available vacancies for the external search for skills which cannot be gained internally, making the decision on hirings
Recommendations about employees availability in reserve for open vacancies by providing extensive information about a candidate, timely react to staffing needs, changes
Managing potential apprentice needs and tracking apprenticeship vacancies
Caring of employees' retention processes in location. Promotion existing processes (rotation, retraining) and create new ones
Investigation, creation, and applying best practices for staffing speed upon location / in the Company
Driving initiatives in the Company to improve staffing and resourcing processes
