ELEKS Engagement Office is looking for a new talented Associate Engagement Manager to join their team.
Associate Engagement Manager is responsible for helping Engagement Managers and sales team overall in creating proposals, filling in RFIs, creating client’s presentations at the early stages of the presale process and maintaining the Engagement library of proposals, presentations, case studies etc.
Requirements
Advanced level of English
Experience of creating presentations, RFI, case studies
Excellent communication skills including presentation skills
Strong attention to details
1+ years of experience in IT outsourcing business (Project Coordinator, Project Expeditor or Technical Writer)
Responsibilities
Filling in RFIs / RFPs and mobilizing presale team if needed
Help Engagement Managers in finding the right information needed for the client proposal
Maintating the database of presale artefacts
Capturing, evaluating, and addressing risks related to the engagement process
Developing company image : using best case studies in proposals, incorporating expertise of recognized professionals, providing clients’ references from previously delivered projects, etc.
Contributing to the definition of best practices for the engagement process
Defining best approaches to clients’ request
