Key Accountability
Responsible for L2 support of the data platform
Incident management related to the operating system, databases, data quality and flows, connection among the date platform components, and the user management
Monitoring environment to ensure service continuity
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Communicating issues in a timely manner
Fulfilling requests for change and access
Influencing own team by contributing to team meetings, quality assuring deliverables
Adhering to binding processes and Agile / DevOps way of working
Required qualifications and skills
Communicative in English
Working knowledge about Linux
Working knowledge about SQL
Knowledge in scripting e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash
Knowledge in webservers e.g. Apache, Tomcat, Nginx
Knowledge in data integration processes (Extract Transform Load)
Can work with technical documentation
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proactivity, open-minded, and willing to learn
Analytical skills

Experience in Oracle
Experience in Azure functionality
Basic operation tasks in SAS Platform
