A psychology focused startup company, Sobaki Pavlova, is looking for a Social Media Manager (CIS / Europe) : a person that knows their way around social media platforms who can conceive different strategies and tactics to capture their target’s mind.
Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? A SMM is articulate and persuasive.
They are perceptive and quick-witted. They know their assets well, and are familiar with their strengths and weaknesses as they compare to the competition.
The role should be able to attract the target audience with the right message and tools, analyzing their performance and reporting it thoroughly.
We're looking for a social media manager to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.
You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
We are looking for someone who can manage all aspects of social media management, not just community management. Example Duties : Work with executive team to create go-to-market strategy to : - Build our digital marketing roadmap.
