Description

On behalf of Ciklum Support Center , Ciklum is looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join the Dnipro team on a full-time basis.

Ciklum Support Center delivers efficient and timely customer and technical support. We can either support the efforts of your existing in-house team or provide a complete turnkey support solution.

We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer with a strong technical background, experience working with agile projects and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of what makes and breaks a project. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage and steer stakeholders, with the ability to assess and interpret potential issues and challenges quickly and effectively.

The candidate must be able to turn the client’s needs into clear requirements and propose solutions that are consistent with the product vision and technical requirements.

The Frontend Developer will be working closely with the client PO and Scrum master, proactively making them aware of issues, risks and requirements ahead of time.

Responsibilities

Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing client input and requirements to ensure he / she and the internal development team can deliver according to the agreed scope and timelines

Contribute to the definition of product features

Analyze information provided by the client to effectively determine requirements and possible roadblocks to the project

Managing a development team, coaching and facilitating the team members in becoming an effective and high functioning team

Perform code-review for his peers, troubleshoot issues with templates, work closely with QA to streamline the delivery process and ensure high quality and compliance with technical & visual requirements and SLAs

Stakeholder management : ensuring that stakeholders understand their part in the project, making them aware of what they need to deliver and assisting them in delivering this input

Communicate key milestones and manage critical path timelines where applicable to all key stakeholders

Mentoring and coaching a development team, coaching and facilitating the team members in becoming an effective and high functioning team

Requirements

You’re an experienced & fast coder, who loves to work with great designs & interfaces. A fast yet very accurate developer and a pixel-maniac .

A responsible person, team-player and easy communicator.

5+ years of commercial experience in JS

Experience with Pure JS, ES6 / ES7; React; HTML5; CSS3

A broad knowledge and understanding of web development

Ability to communicate in a clear and persuasive manner, both verbally and in written communications in English

Excellent problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of Project methodologies and in particular Agile

Ability to work independently while cooperating with remotely located teams
