Location of assignment : Kyiv, Ukraine Key Responsibilities : Direct acquisition on the pointed territory for the INTERMASTRA GmbH products.
Support for the project acquisition process and to achieve the sales and profit targets. Management of tendering process on the pointed territory including preparation of company Bids for the tenders.
Support Management for project related issues. Responsible for the pointed territory sellout target achievement / Monthly / Yearly in line with the business plan.
Supply contracts terms and conditions preparation and negotiation. Responsible for customer related daily business (Account Receivable, Logistic and Quality issues).
Responsible for customer management, customer relationship and customer satisfaction. Support business strategy development and internal reporting.
Pointed market research, collect information of customer needs, price and product positioning for INTERMASTRA GmbH. Other daily issues.
Qualification : University degree in Business Administration or in a related field. Technical Background is advantageous.
2-3 years’ experience in Sales (Key Account Management or Business Development) (Machinery or Railway). Experience in tender management.
Very good organizational skills. A customer orientated mindset. Strong negotiation and (interpersonal) communication skills.
