Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the Salesforce CRM and FinancialForce PSA and EPR application’s usage, maintenance and support.

The successful candidate shall have experience implementing and administering enterprise class CRM, PSA and ERP systems and a record of

partnering with business users to support and improve business processes using best practices of Salesforce and associated technologies. The

position will be responsible for day-to-day administration and for ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the FinancialForce and

Salesforce CRM. In this high-visibility role, product knowledge, analytical thinking, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate

with others to positively impact the business are all keys to success.


  • Serve as the primary system administrator for EIS and FinancialForce environment and perform administrative duties such as user provisioning, reports and dashboards, workflow management, system configuration, data quality, security administration, customization and other routine tasks.
  • Build and maintain system automations and workflows based on business needs.
  • Build, maintain and enhance reports / dashboards so they yield meaningful metrics to support different business functions.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests and bug fixes.
  • Communicate with technical support organizations for Salesforce, FinancialForce, and for all integration vendors.
  • Work with the product owners and other technology team members to establish processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Identify, build, manage, and support third party integration.
  • Develop documentation of existing systems and procedures.
  • Establish training material as needed and assist in training new users.
  • Stay abreast of product trends, technology innovations, and FinancialForce product releases and updates, new features and system best practices.
  • Analyze, evaluate and propose system changes to business sponsors.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Knowledge and experience of application administration and configuration specific to such as Object Builder, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Workflow, Process Builder, Sharing Rules, Custom fields, Reports & Dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of the platform functionality and best practices.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira
  • A demonstrated ability of analyzing needs, articulating and assessing the impact of complex requirements and working across cross- functional teams to prioritize requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, a positive attitude, ability to ask right questions
  • Proven ability to maintain sensitive personal and company information’s confidentiality
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (Advanced preferred)
  • FinancialForce Admin Certification (preferred, but not required)
  • Proficiency in English

  • Experience with Bamboo HR and its integration with FinancialForce
  • Experience with FinancialForce ERP
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Experience with Einstein Analytics
