    Role - Young Talent Mobile Operations Support Systems (MOSS) Support Engineer.

    What You’ll be Doing

  • Manage and solve different nodes and solutions in new and live customer network
  • Interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization, R&D, 3rd party suppliers
  • Applying troubleshooting techniques for specific domain area
  • Software Update Management handling
  • Keeping required level of collaboration and experience sharing inside team
  • Identify and drive improvements
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduate or student of Technical Telecom, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering major
  • Less than 3 years of professional experience
  • Microsoft Office application proficiency
  • Ability to communicate well in English, verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn
  • Enjoyable, optimistic, enthusiastic and a reliable teammate
  • You have strong analytical and reasoning abilities demonstrating strong organization skills
  • Being results-oriented with the ability to balance technical and business considerations
  • Tenacious - you set goals and push yourself to achieve them
