SoftServe is currently looking for a technologically motivated, self-directed L2 Support Engineer to join the Support team, who will provide services for American based company offering cognitive computing services to financial institutions, healthcare organizations, etc.
It will be your responsibility to ensure environmental stability and availability, troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues, implement changes, etc.

Having basic knowledge about cloud architecture (GCP / AWS)
Familiar with Firewall, VPN, Load balancers
Possessing Active Directory Microsoft knowledge
Proficient in Web applications principles
Aware of basic administration of MySQL or another relational-DB
Showing good problem-solving and communication skills
An organized personality
Working in shifts to ensure 24 / 7 coverage
