We are expanding and we are looking for Senior Software Architect - Salesforce for work at home opportunities all over Poland or the following locations : Krakow, Warsaw and Wroclaw.
The role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Software Architect to participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications and services for our next generation marketing optimization platform.
The selected candidate will work closely with internal and external clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, clearly communicate solution designs and provide technical leadership for efficient project execution.
What you need to have is?
Education / Knowledge :
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four (4) year college or university
College or University degree in Computer Technology preferred or equivalent experience
Experience / Skill :
10+ years of experience in Salesforce application development
5+ years in a Technical Architect or equivalent role in Salesforce implementations
Experience in designing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
Experience in integrating applications with Salesforce
Experience with Salesforce ecosystem APIs
Salesforce Certification(s) (Data, Application, System or Technical Architect)
Demonstrated experience designing and developing for a service-oriented architecture
Comfortable learning new software languages and new architectural paradigms
Experience working with open source technologies
Experience building POCs
Experience working in a distributed architecture
Knowledge of SFDX, Agile and DevOps practices
Experience in data migration and integration between disparate systems and clouds
Experience in designing and building applications using Lightning framework
Solid programming experience and well versed with system design principles
Implement best practices to build reliable, scalable systems and optimize application performance
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in a pre- and post-sales capacity
Create high level architecture for multiple products.
Function as an individual contributor as well as work with globally distributed development teams
Work with internal and external customers during the discovery phase to uncover hidden requirements and fully understand customer needs
Thoroughly analyze business requirements and identify gaps
Design robust, extensible solutions for our next generation platform in accordance with industry standards and best practices
Define the development processes, technical disciplines, standards and guidelines.
Evaluate and select technologies, languages, and frameworks for multiple products.
Identify business risks related to the software design and create mitigation strategies
Clearly communicate solution design and guide technical architects, senior developers to achieve project success
Design and validate integrations with 3rd party systems
Advise on design of updates to existing systems to better plan for future solutions
Work on multiple simultaneous projects with multiple teams under tight deadlines
Facilitate and manage, in conjunction with the various technical, infrastructure, development team, the preparation of key documentation like Technical Architecture and Specifications of an end-to-end solution
Know and understand the client’s business and business problems. Work with Development and Architect Team to develop strategies to resolve problems that equate to additional business for Concentrix
Work with Project Team to design solutions that reflect the needs of the client from both a functional and budgetary perspective.
Provides input regarding opportunities for continuous process and productivity improvements.
Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX, APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
Experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud
Experience with Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM
