We are looking for 2 specialists to work with the central and southern regions. Responsibilities : To work closely in a team with the relevant regional business development manager to manage commodity supply contracts (spot and forward) on different contract bases (ExW, CPT, DAT, DAP), Crop Receipts and customer (distributor and grower) requests.
Be responsible for negotiating prices and contracts terms with customers, traders (international and domestic) and elevators and ensuring that all counterparty risk approvals are in place.
Be responsible for the contract documentation, including Crop Receipts, and together with the operational support team, ensure all the ensuing documentation is provided on time and in compliance with contract terms.
Support the regional business development managers to understand their local markets and their relation to world markets, including best elevators and logistics.
Skills : Excellent negotiation and communication skills, an ability to think on the spot and work calmly and systematically under pressure.
Attention to detail and a good understanding of contract and documentation management with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
Good understanding of the Ukrainian domestic market for oilseeds and grains and a throughout understanding of the export market.
Good excel skills and an ability to develop and maintain complex and large common (multi-user) spreadsheets. A team-player, who is willing to support his / her colleagues, and go the extra mile for the common good
