  • AC annual planning preparation
  • IBP , Risks / Opps and gap closing
  • SAMP Category Building Blocks sufficiency and readiness management
  • design and execute Picture of Success (5P) in NKA and LKA / TT
  • Category Growth Strategy preparation and deployment contribution
  • Category Annual Commercial Tool-kit for nego compain preparation.
  • Promo Strategy development by clients, based on RGM principles
  • Yellow Field management - Other actions (like ""High plan"" to deliver Net Rev and G2N targets
  • NPD lunch design and preparation including selling story for clients.
  • Shopper Marketing events development and execution with TOP4 clients
  • annual big events with 1 client development and leading (like big 3days trip to Europe to have insightful category building discussions and help NKA team to deal with contracts)
  • regular TOP - TO - TOP preparation and co-leading with NKA org
  • lunch and execute RGM projects by brand / clients to boost GP
  • OI% responsibility by clients, develop mix management plan by clients
  • Develop CP&A capabilities help to execute MT Academy : KAM 2.0.
  • Category deep dive analytic, every month monthly letter and business review every Q.
  • Price, Promo tracking by clients / brands
  • Price-Pack architecture projects by clients to boost OI% and clients Margin%
  • Profit pool by client’s development and execution.
  • Seasonal business leading and strategy development by clients, big 4 seasons, full process of products launch leading and co -creation with MRKt team.
  • PAM process management, planning by SKU, by clients, selling story, and double the seasonal business every year.

  • regular analytic for seasonal business, based on sell out data, post evaluation analysis every month to understand results, correct the mistakes and improve the performance.
  • Regular meetings with Marketing directors to create together how to develop business further.
  • Qualifications

  • Higher education
  • At least 1 years of experience in Customer Facing Sales roles
  • Ideally at least 2+ years of experience in Category Planning / Sales Revenue Planning / Trade Marketing
  • 9Y+ sales and CP&A experience
  • 5+ year experience in managing team
  • Analytical mindset
  • English proficiency
