We are looking

for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to work together with a Product Team on the platform new features and metrics improvement.

Our client LivePerson develops and manages an Online Experts advice platform of over 60 thousand experts in hundreds of categories and has millions of clients that get live advice.

The long-term roadmap is full of exciting and innovative features challenging a team to be creative, inventive, bringing high standards of Software Development at the same time.

Areas of Responsibility

Product backlog refinement

Preparation and participation in PI

Writing user stories

Contribution to the vision, roadmap

Iteration increment acceptance

Gathering customer needs

Defining the product backlog

Planning how to realize the backlog together with the team

Deciding when the product increments can be released to the customers

Analyzing reports with the product metrics and suggesting ideas on how to improve metrics

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of experience in the same or similar position (Business Analyst)

Strong understanding of Agile methodology

Good level of English (both spoken and written)
