Conducting processes according to defined workflows (e.g. interviews, performance reviews, audits, training, etc.)
Service requesters to meet their needs and expectations
Monitoring processes execution, and ensuring achievement of process execution goals
Collecting and storing processes-related metrics and data for future analysis
Performing process-related data consolidation for analysis, analyzing data and facts, suggesting improvements to existing processes
Educating process stakeholders on process-related aspects
Assigning experts for process execution based on the request's context and experts' workload. Maintaining and extending expert networks
Executing and supporting department and team-related activities
