As a Recruiter, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for a hiring manager. You will also act as a Staffing Lead for several projects with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.
A professional having the below-mentioned skills
Possessing at least 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry
Understanding software development company functioning
Having a clue of full lifecycle recruiting components
Demonstrating Intermediate strong English level both in speaking and writing
Ability to work under pressure
A result-oriented, effective and motivated Recruiter
Strongly motivated to manage customer / partner expectations
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage candidates
Organizing and conducting HR, Technical, Project, Client Interviews
Managing the schedule of all interviews between candidates and supplying hiring manager with all information about the candidate
Completing Candidate's Profile and assuring this profile will be filled by the hiring manager
Maintaining all interview outcomes data in the HR DB
Providing candidates with feedback after each interview
Assisting Hiring Manager in gathering references and checking the background of a potential employee, preparing and sending offer packages or rejection letters
Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Analyzing the external labour market as per company needs on a permanent basis and proactively respond to it
Conducting regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requestor to determine the effectiveness of recruiting up to date
Research and recommendation of new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
