Job Description
Within the communication team, you are responsible for the creation and promotion of content at Ubisoft Ukraine. You will be also involved in various projects developed and / or implemented by communication team, and also support internal teams when it comes to delivering their messages through various channels.
Your missions are as follows :
You design and write articles, interviews (mainly internal audience)
You support the members of the different teams involved in writing content : identification of key messages, structuring
You propose and follow the communication plans on the various subjects for which you will be responsible. For this, you rely on the various communication relays within the company
You identify and use alternative communication formats, according to the needs of the Comm team (awareness raising, events, conferences) : infographics, videos, invitations ...
Together with the team you handle the internal communications response to crisis situations
You are involved in development and execution internal and external communication projects
Qualifications
You have solid experience in communication field (internal and external)
You have project management skills (organizational, planning, task & stakeholder management)
You have built a solid experience in content creation, which allows you to master a wide range of communication tools
Your managers know that they can entrust you with projects independently, you are proactive and able to manage several subjects at the same time
You are able to deal with strategic subjects while being operationally involved in their communication. You are used to interacting with people of all levels
You're a proactive, critical thinker with independent reasoning, which enables you to handle unexpected situations with a goal-oriented mind-set
Whether in the language of Shakespeare or Molière, you know how to show a spirit of synthesis and make your articles eye-catching, your pen is enchanting
Digital communication tools are your friends, especially CMS (Wordpress, Sharepoint) and social networks.
