HR Master Data Lead defines, designs, and builds HR Master data strategy to meet business needs and comply with industry standards (including ISO27701).
This is a person who coordinates implementation of procedures of data standards and guidelines on customer data ownership and access management to ensure secured access and integrity of data sets.
The one who develops and implements strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met.

HR Master Data Lead is a subject matter expert, accountable for the day-to-day management of customer data, understands and communicates the meaning and use of information, coordinates with Data Owners and other Stewards across the organization, forming the main community of practice for most data governance decisions.
HR Master Data Lead may issue binding advice about the way data is organized, structured, connected, shared, or otherwise processed.
Having 3+ years of experience in data analysis or process management, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing or / and other relevant systems
Demonstrating the deep knowledge of IT HR processes are functioning (previous Finance or Management background is a plus)
Experienced in information security practices and available security software packages
Proficient in MS Office
Demonstrating excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong in people and project management
Showing strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Possessing Upper-intermediate English level or higher (both speaking and writing)

Operating the process to coordinate Data Owners and Data Users. Ensuring that the process is understandable by all involved, issues to be coordinated are well-documented and communicated.
The communication process should ensure the involvement of the interested parties, collection, and communication of findings and opinions, making a reasonable effort to reach consensus and maximize the efficiency of processing data by the company.
The process should yield sufficient documentation to serve as compliance evidence when necessary.
Assisting respective Data Owner in ensuring Master data integrity in key systems. Cooperating with Data Owners, developing and documenting processes that support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
Assisting respective Data Owner and Data Users in ensuring and maintaining the quality of data. Facilitating resolving issues related to corrections of data, data misinterpretation, categorization, or presentation
Assisting IT security in choosing appropriate security measures, aligning access control mechanisms, ensuring that security is adequate to legal and compliance requirements
Coordinating respective Data Owners, Data Users, and company departments on populating and utilizing meta-data. In particular, taking a leading role in developing meta-data capturing data provenance, purpose, retention, access and disclosure, legal basis and other elements necessary for lawful data reuse in the company
Defining and implementing data strategy, policies, controls and programs to ensure that company data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Collaboration with relevant departments, programs, and stakeholders
Coordinating GDPR and PIMS compliance efforts related to data processing, in particular security compliance, personal data protection, e.
g., keeping records of processing activities up-to-date; vendors and / or suppliers privacy compliance management; validation of business processes and / or service to privacy compliance;
keeping records of PII data transfers and disclosures to third parties; assisting Associates Data Governance Manager in privacy incidents (if necessary)
Data Governance Board and are self-coordinating through the Board. HR Master Data Lead integrity in key systems as well as maintenance of the data quality.
Ensuring the enterprise HR data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable. Data strategy should include access rights, area of responsibility rules and guidelines and Personal Data protection framework
Developing and documenting processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
Management, analysis, and resolution of data initiative issues and revisions to meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards
Coordinating PIMS ISO / IEC 27701 certification
