About the project:

TechSales Process Evolution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a BA in the IT field;
• Experience in TechSales or PreSales activities in an outsourcing company;
• Experience analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Experience in preparing and creating specifications for IT products;
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities;
• Practical experience of using BPMN;
• Experience in describing, analyzing and improving business processes;
• Experience working with US or European clients;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.

Nice to have:

• experience in fintech and ticketing domains will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Join a team that processes and estimates TechSales requests;
• Collect and analysis of requirements and input materials from the clients for quick and high-quality estimation;
• Create detailed and clear documentation of requirements;
• Active participation in the improvement of the TechSales process;
• Preparation of templates for internal documents and artefacts that will help to estimate TechSales requests faster and better;
• Participation in R&D phases of projects.
