What You’ll Do :
You will work with the Art Lead, Producer and external Creative teams to help us build an exciting new mobile social game.
You will be a key part of the art team, managing all outsource pipelines keeping a keen eye on quality. You will :
Support the Art Manager in creating briefs and providing feedback on outsourcing (maintaining brand look).
Make sure all assets are received, are technically sound and are archived.
Maintain and improve upon the outsource pipeline as the project progresses.
Work with Producer to create and maintain the schedule for content creation.
Act as the main point of contact for the outsourcing studio.
Establish and attend any daily meetings / stand-ups / retro to ensure a smooth workflow.
Conduct, track and maintain outsourcing partner reviews to highlight any repetitive issues and successes.
Troubleshoot problems with outsourcing partner.
Maintain a good overview of all existing assets and ensure any new briefs and / or items do not overlap too much with existing assets.
Ensure outsourced assets are good value for money and not duplicating existing assets.
About You :
You should have at least 3 years of experience in task management in the 3D creative arena for mobile platforms. You will have excellent attention to detail, a thorough knowledge of 3D modelling and experience partnering with distributed teams / outsource partners. You’ll have :
A strong eye for art style details, modelling structure, topology and fundamentals.
A solid understanding of Physically Based Rendering (PBR) and knowledge of Unity.
Supervisory experience in leading international teams.
The ability to feedback on texturing quality.
Keen project management experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to challenge partners to ensure highest quality is achieved.
A genuine interest in playing and making industry leading social games is a huge bonus.
