As a Recruiter, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for a hiring manager. You will also act as a Staffing Lead for several projects with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.
Possessing at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry
Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage candidates
Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
The one who performs as the primary contact point for candidates and conducts the full recruiting cycle (communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
Able to coordinate all interview stages (technical, project and customer interviews)
The one who can communicate regarding recruiting achievement, provide updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, etc.
Willing to create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain the database of candidates and recruitment related reports
Understanding software development company functioning
Having a clue of full lifecycle recruiting components
Able to work under pressure
A result-oriented, effective and motivated Recruiter
Strongly motivated to manage customer / partner expectations
Demonstrating Intermediate strong English level both in speaking and writing

Evaluation of the candidates if they meet the position requirements and preparing them for interviews with hiring managers by providing detailed information about our company, business strategy, department specifics, job descriptions and defining applicants’ expectations
Organizing and conducting HR, Technical, Project, Client Interviews
Managing the schedule of all interviews between candidates and supplying the hiring manager with all information about the candidate
Completing the Candidate's Profile and assuring that this profile will be filled by the hiring manager
Maintaining all interview outcomes data in the HR DB
Providing candidates with feedback after each interview
Assisting the Hiring Manager in gathering references and checking the background of a potential employee, preparing and sending offer packages or rejection letters
Reviewing hiring manager interview performance with each candidate and taking appropriate action
Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Analyzing the external labour market as per company needs on a permanent basis and responding to it proactively
Conducting regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requestor to determine the effectiveness of recruiting up to date
Research and recommendation of new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Defining and sharing information about sources where to find appropriate candidates
