Position Summary

Leading Web Content Management Specialist (Junior Team Leader) is responsible and accountable for overall operational excellence of Digital and Social Media team across Brand Website services.

He / she is managing team members and work streams to bring value to the business by ensuring consistent service delivery, continuously looking to improve the services by identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing and solving issues (processes, tools).

Leading Web Content Management Specialist will lead and drive the implementation of new services around website content management, SEO audit and technical implementation, website optimization, website analytics (user journey, benchmarking, reporting and insights).

A day in the life of...

  • Process management : Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of website services including web content editing, technical SEO, optimization, etc.
  • organize workflow, support employees as needed, ensure that tasks are performed efficiently;
  • Drive service evolution and develop expertise; cross-functional alignment (MSE, Market, Function, GMB, Zone, Agency, IBS) as an extension of the solution lead;
  • Maximize team productivity by improving ways of working and processes; scale opportunities in the area of website services and lead implementation of new ways of working across projects or service lines;
  • Manage relationships with business partners in the market, business, or HQ; ensure partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation and service quality;
  • Create service proposals and change requests to the business partners to capture scope expansion;
  • Manage the team of 12 website service specialists (Web Content Editors, SEO Specialists, Analytics and Insights Experts, etc.);
  • Promote the best practices of Nestle in coaching and mentoring own subordinates in order develop their functional and leadership capabilities and prepare talents for the future career steps;
  • Responsible to align individuals’ personal objectives with team objectives; accountable for people development;
  • Staffing and recruitment for own team.
  • What will make you successful

  • University degree;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English; presentation skills to create and run presentations that are client-ready, grammatically correct, and error free;
  • Preferable some experience in managing the team of experts in a specific area, incl. remote teams;
  • Passionate leader (promoting and practicing people development, coaching and mentoring team members);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration skills; ability to communicate across multiple reporting / hierarchy levels;
  • Ability to work with remote stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Ability to proactively and independently follow up with business partners and other digital teams to identify opportunities, align strategies, and oversee several projects;
  • Understanding of digital marketing activities and landscape (eCommerce, personalization, campaigns, social media, SEO);
  • curiosity about digital and social media industry best practices and trends;
  • Preferable hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS, e.g. Drupal, Shell, WordPress), technical SEO, UX analysis, Google Optimize and Google Analytics.
