Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively driving strategic people issues.
Can develop ad hoc interventions and engage decision making stakeholders behind required actions.
Advanced English, both written and spoken.
Job Responsibilities :
Own the partnership between Senior Business Leaders and the HR BP function to develop integrated solutions, deliver value-added service
Lead a Team of HR Business Partners
Analyze trends and HR metrics in partnership with the business to develop solutions, programs and policies which cover business needs
Consult the Senior Business Leaders on strategic and operational people management issues
Create from scratch, improve and interpret human resources policies to company management
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Provide guidance on delivery unit restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning
Drive and contribute to Global HR Projects and Initiatives
Build trustful and cooperative relationships with all internal functions
