Key responsibilities
Delivery of secure, robust, scalable, highly available and self healing cloud environments in the Cloud (AWS / GCP)
Knowledge sharing and collaboration through effective documentation and verbal communication
Participating as part of a distributed agile team
Your profile
Strong scripting and automation skills (python, bash)
Practical experience with CI / CD tools and processes (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Github, etc.)
Experience with management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi, Helm
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaaC)
Experience with building and maintaining highly-available and scalable solutions (AWS, GCP)
Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with monitoring systems and performance tuning
Familiarity with general security best practices
Be an astute and proactive contributor in pragmatically balancing service scope vs cost
Able to communicate (verbally and in writing) fluently, in English
