Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who can join the team. Our Client is a transnational healthcare company, an industry leader in the field, which operates in 120+ countries.

It produces award-winning devices and software solutions that help treat and manage sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other respiratory conditions.

We are enthusiastic and well established team, tightly integrated with the Customer and empowered for business and technical decisions.

We support flexibility with working hours and always find time to have some fun. There are business trips to Client locations (USA, East coast and Australia) and there are always many challenges and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Industry related experience 5+ years (software engineering projects),
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
  • 4+ years in Business analysis
  • Strong knowledge and skills at Business Analysis techniques and practices
  • Fluent English (comprehensive written and verbal communication)
  • Knowledge of Requirements Management tools
  • Skills with Requirements identifying and documenting
  • Ability to perform GAP, root cause analysis
  • Experience with Agile projects in PO role
  • Readiness for business trips to Australia
  • Facilitation and ownership skills are a must
  • Experience in medical software domain would be a great plus

    Responsibilities

  • Working with the Product team, technical SMEs on requirements (UI and back-end)
  • Perform gap analysis between high level and low-level requirements
  • Break down requirements / feature into epics and user stories to form backlog
  • Organise product increment planning as well as release planning
  • Prioritise backlog according to business value and customer needs
  • Acting as PO for development teams
  • Communicating risks / status updates to clients
  • Control scope execution and deadlines of delivery
