We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, recruitment including job design, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Work closely with hiring managers in relation to recruitment activities to determine staffing needs, including preparation of job descriptions, advertisements, interviewing and devising offers of employment
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of the employee database and in all human resources administrative tasks including contracts of employment, salary increase notifications, confirmation letters, staff records and regular reporting
The first point of contract for HR related inquiries, questions, and queries from the business, expected to provide appropriate answers, responses and solutions as appropriate
Provide transactional processing and administration for all main HR processes including on-boarding, appraisals, performance management, salary and bonus reviews, employee opinion surveys
Arranging meetings and arrange document provision for employee engagement issues such as grievance, performance management, and disciplinary cases
Thorough, in-depth understanding of the organization’s HR policies, processes, and procedures in order to provide guidance as required
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
General ad-hoc duties / projects as requested by the Head
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum 2 years HR experience
English upper-intermediate or higher. Additional languages will be an advantage
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Previous experience of recruitment, including the development of the job descriptions and interviewing candidates
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the business, deal with ambiguity and resolve conflict
Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
Problem-solving using own initiative
Ability to multitask
Ability to manage self and maintain a level of objectivity and professionalism
Be in possession of a high level of emotional intelligence
Experience in HR system management and development
Competence in all areas relating to IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
