Interview users (5 per week), aggregate user voice, and contribute it to the product together with the product manager.- Discover customer pains and test prototypes.
What You’ll Need- 1 2 years of experience in a customer support or success based role. SaaS experience is a huge plus.- Ability to troubleshoot problems, find answers to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions.
