We are looking for creative, experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Analyst to become a part of our HR Digital Tools Design Team.
This is a great chance to work on the development of custom HR applications Performance Management tool and Resource Planning tool.
What you will do :
Work with Product Owners to establish a requirements' baseline for the tool
Manage functional requirements for the tool
Maintain backlog and assist Product Owner to define features for the upcoming releases
Facilitate requirements design and improvement sessions with Product Owner, SMEs, UI / UX design teams
Collaborate with Development team through all iterations of tool development
Assist QA team with the development of test cases, perform acceptance testing of the tool features
Establish and share best practices of Business Analysis across the team, coach other team members.
Who are we looking for :
3+ years of experience as a BA
Expertise in business process design / redesign, previous experience with HR processes would be a plus
Experience in writing requirements for multiple business processes
Practical knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and mentor / direct others, good verbal and written communication skills
