We're looking for 3rd level Support Specialist to join our team delivering and maintaining large scale data warehouses and applications for our customers.
As our Support Specialist you will be responsible for 3rd level support of application and database. You will work closely with customer, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure business-critical information are complete and accurate.
Your main resposibilities :
offering support for incidents and issues.
troubleshooting bugs and developing small changes
customer requirement analysis and in-depth root cause analysis of identified issue
communicating with customers, application owners and driving improvement
at least 2 years’ experience in support or developer role
good knowledge of SQL
technical knowledge of Linux / Windows administration
willingness to learn and motivation for long-term cooperation
knowledge of databases and data warehouses
good understanding of ITIL principles.
