As Business Operations Head you will be driving key business insights and accountability mechanisms, ensuring that business operations are delivering to plan by orchestrating the project portfolio against business roadmap.

  • Efficiency and effectiveness of customer interaction by leading the development and execution of : Customer Facing Excellence;
  • Business Insights & Analytics; Business Development & Launch Excellence; Sales Training & Development; External Communication.


  • Collaborate with Franchise Leads and GM to drive excellence in CRM usage, Incentive planning, Cycle planning, Account planning and monitor through agreed KPIs and provide in-sights on effectiveness
  • Develop aligned cycle customer targeting guidance and operational call plans, provide in-sights on field-based employee activity relating to agreed KPIs supporting execution of brand strategies
  • Monitoring competitive landscape and customer needs in the country by driving secondary market research (IMS), deriving business insights and maintaining data & systems solutions
  • Support the country set up associated with product launches and geographic expansion, ensuring correct salesforce sizes for country portfolio
  • Engage in risk assessment for the organization, propose expert opinion to mitigate risks and enhance corporate governance;
  • guide the development and implementation of the Risk Assessment Plan, related self-monitoring plans, legal risk assessment and any other relevant remediation plans

  • Identifies opportunities throughout the organization to create impact through analytics; synthesizes true and relevant insights and expresses them in unique and inspiring ways to drive Takeda forward
  • Experience and Education :

  • 7-10 years’ experience in business operations or 5+ years of prior experience in strategy, management consulting or finance
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA strongly preferred
  • Understanding different TA’s ranging from PC to SC
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in coordinating, implementing and / or managing complex, diverse project and functions for a diverse environment.
  • Project management and portfolio management experience in determining priorities and delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Strong proven leadership in team building, motivating, and developing people
  • Fluent in English
