ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Middle / Senior Test Automation Engineer (JavaScript).
Our customer is a technology software and consulting company. Customer services are used by some of the largest insurance companies worldwide, which benefit from the market disruption ground-breaking capabilities it gives them.
Customer headquarters is in the City of London, with offices in Paris, Brussels, and the USA. Project is a technology platform which helps non-life and life insurers across their modeling platforms, including the capital, pricing, reserving, life cashflow modeling, economic evaluation, risk and data cleaning.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years+ of JavaScript automation experience
Commercial experience with Cypress test framework
Experience with manual testing
Knowledge and experience of work and integration with CI (TeamCity, Jenkins)
Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies
Good understanding of test automation goals, areas of applicability, activities, deliverables
Experience with agile methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
Team player, technology passionate, and self-motivated individual
Strong communication skills in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, analyze and assess project requirements and specifications as well as product functionality to convert them into quality control process artifacts
Prepare manual test cases for automation
Prepare and acquire test data
Develop, execute, refactor and optimize automation scripts
Log and evaluate results and document deviations from the expected results
Understand Business Requirements and design architecture according to business needs
Collaborate with team members to follow best practices and requirements
Communicate with the customer side
