Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish languages
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good e-mail correspondence and phone etiquette
Stress resistance, ability to handle a large number of requests

Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a team
Incident recording, classification, initial diagnosis
Resolution or escalation of requests to responsible parties (SalesWorks System)
Monitoring status and progress resolution of all open incidents
Creating authorization keys
Keeping users informed about the progress
Participation in other project tasks (collecting information about the projects, preparing documentation, writing instructions, template responses, etc.)

Working knowledge of the software development process
Knowledge request monitoring systems
Familiarity with FMCG market
Previous working experience in Customer Support field
