About the role You will ensure retention as well as profitable growth for your portfolio. You will be the trusted business advisor to your client group and maintain a high level of engagement with business decision makers at the executive and C-level.

Some key responsibilities include : Establish and maintain relationships and continuously grow on these to achieve client satisfaction Partner with your clients to develop a deep understanding of their business needs, issues and strategies and implement a clear strategy to influence key customer stakeholders via a program of business advisory consultancy, workshop facilitation and strategic planning sessions Effectively communicate the value and benefit of Telstra ICT, security, workplace and application solutions to your clients to help drive opportunities Engage in commercial, business level and technical discussions to support and educate clients on new technology Ownership and responsibility for achieving sales, revenue, profitability and client satisfaction targets in your assigned portfolio What will help you succeed Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated experience in leading complex deal negotiations and tenders Sales and account management experience in ICT is a must, security, cloud, workplace and applications sales experience Experience in building stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level is highly regarded Technically astute in the Enterprise suite of products and services Consultative selling approach Strong attention to detail The ability to effectively handle difficult conversations and escalations A passion for sales and strong desire to provide strategic solutions to your client portfolio Location We are looking for suitable candidates ideally located in Sydney, this role will support a client base within the same location.
