As a Technical Support Analyst / Engineer you will have the opportunity to dive into the technical details of the advertising echo system and get first hand understanding of the various standards of ad tech and how its implemented in production.
Candidate’s day to day job will be to be the bridge between the customer issues and the R&D with the ability to debug, troubleshoot and find the appropriate solution for the customer and feedback to R&D.
Customer’s patented technology provides a full ecosystem (Ad Server, Custom Video Player, and Marketplace) for serving video ads.
Serve as the team main point of contact regarding all technical needs.
Provide professional technical support by troubleshooting and solving bugs and general issues brought up by clients. Implement workarounds and provide feedback to product and R&D.
Work closely with the R&D team in order to identify and solve clients’ needs and pain points.
Get familiar with the API, scripts and samples and interact with the client tech teams in order to solve potential issues.
Help maximize clients’ performance and activity from the technical and service aspects by monitoring customers activity both on the implementation side and by analyzing their performance using our analytics tools.
Actively monitor and Track clients activity. Suggest actions to be taken on the accounts to improve performance.
Over time , become a knowledge source to account and support managers. Develop and organize the project knowledge base and support ticketing system
