You are to communicate with business-oriented stakeholders, subject matter experts working as system designers and end-users effectively, drive full-dress investigation before getting down to presenting your findings to the audience and organize various types of information into self-contained pieces.
You are a holder of the following experience
Advanced or proficient level of English
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
1-2 years of working experience as a Technical Communicator, Technical Writer, or Information Developer
A grasp of plain English guidelines and international writing standards (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
Estimation, aligning, and managing own tasks
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Authoring tools like Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, Confluence, or Zendesk
Working in screen-capturing and video development tools
Writing scripts for different types of videos (promo, demo, simulations)
Creating one-pagers, presentations, visuals, and infographics
A concept of HTML, CSS, and XML
Practice within Agile (Scrum) methodology
Attention to details, striving to immerse in technical peculiarities
Flexibility and responsibility
Ability to work in a team and individually
Background working as UI / UX designer is desirable

Diving deeply into the business aspect of products that you document
Identifying project and documentation requirements to produce corresponding user assistance
Conforming to the TechComm project requirements, following style recommendations and guidelines
Creating templates for online or printed documentation
Creating and updating both end-user and developer documentation
Developing complex technical illustrations (diagrams, workflows, and similar)
Arranging product documentation in a way to ensure usability and convenient navigation
Wresting information from SMEs and ensuring that they provide technical review of your content
The client to elicit requirements, validating and approving your work at main stages of documentation development life cycle
Performing editorial review of the documentation created by another TC
Creating and styling presentations, developing templates for them
Developing complex simulation or simple interactive videos
Developing promo videos and promo materials for a product
