Main Responsibilities :
Elaboration of National standards and targets setting (assortment, visibility) for all Trade Channels in line with the Company Channel strategies for all Ferrero categories;
Evaluation of Incremental sales volumes from proposed in-store drivers in the Annual planning process.
Projects leadership and pro-active support of Sales Team in Channel strategies implementation;
Channel strategy development & revision participation by providing data collection and analysis;
Development and updates of Merchandising books for Ukraine, market and channel strategy based arguments;
Elaboration and realization of internal Channel strategies & Trade standards trainings with arguments for KAM & Sales teams validated by Shopper research, In-
store experiments and Market data;
Set-up of tracking and reporting instruments for In-store KPIs Drivers from Channel strategies for all markets within area of responsibility.
Main Requirements :
Proactiveness, Strong organizational, analytical, team working, communicational skills.
3+ years of experience in Category Management and Trade Marketing within top FMCG Multinational Companies;
Expertise in driving the categories strategies development and implementation in different trade channels;
Expertise in Category management;
Excellent PC skills
