A typical day at work :
Your main responsibility within a team would be to perform administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures : answering calls, taking messages, distributing incoming mails, preparing outgoing mails, photocopying, operating office equipment, maintaining office supplies or other inventory, meeting guests, translation of corporate documents, travel support.
Besides, you would also organize corporate events, meeting, transfers, dinners, conferences, take care of office arrangements, perform elementary IT support.
Cooperating closely with Country Manager, HR, Accountancy and other departments you would provide your assistance to them.
