Nestlé Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for End to End Single Point of Contact, Record to Report department Intercompany Reconciliation team in Lviv.

A day in the life of...

  • Manage discussion with Hub and Market stakeholders on the results of the performance service level agreements (SLA’s), operational concerns / issues, standardization and automation;
  • Monitor and drive in scope processes for Hub are executed on time and with the highest level of quality. Ensure successful transition from Market to Hub;
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
  • Collaborate with Hub and Market in implementing efficient improvements of processes;
  • Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes / errors and problem solving;
  • Promote and support NCE awareness with the Hub stakeholders. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of DORs / WORs / MORs / GSTD / FI / etc.;
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to Control Best Practices;
  • Handle escalated issues and complaints from the Market and the Hub and works with Hub and markets in providing analysis and resolution;
  • Execute identified business and internal controls of AP / AR processes;
  • Liaise with the Hub and support BCP testing to ensure proper quality and timeliness of activities performed in BCP and smooth operations recovery;
  • proper supporting Supervisors / Leading Specialists and BCP Coordinator.

    What will make you successful

  • University degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics;
  • Strong Analytics Skills;
  • Prior working in SSC environment an advantage;
  • Ability to drive and coach on NCE Methodology;
  • Good understanding of the general Nestlé structure, knowledge of Corporate business principles and Nestle Leadership Framework;
  • Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes;
  • Knowledge of the specificities of local accounting standards of the IBP that is serviced;
  • Awareness of Nestle accounting and reporting standards;
  • Knowledge in bank operations, understanding of bank clearing accounts and bank statement reconciliation and overdue follow ups , preferably in multiple countries and legal entities

    Good knowledge of GLOBE bes

  • Knowledge in bank operations, understanding of bank clearing accounts and bank statement reconciliation and overdue follow ups , preferably in multiple countries and legal entitiest practices for Record to Report E2E processes and SAP;
  • Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel;
  • Working knowledge of local languages (specific to the markets);
  • Proficiency in English (Fluent : spoken and written).
