E&O Global Inc is looking for a dispatcher to work on the most advanced and successful trucking company. Candidates for this job have a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and strategic solutions, adapt to sudden changes, manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively with others.

We are looking for self-motivated team players interested in creating an excellent customer experience.Shared Service Center in Ternopil and Lviv.

Requirements : Conduct load picks up, transit, and delivery by following DOT and company high safety standards;Update and input equipment and load related information in corporate CRM (software);

Oversee and control cargo loading and securement;Build and maintain relationships with freight brokers and customers;Take on the responsibility of booking the most efficient loads to remain cost / profit effective as a company;

Resolve freight related problems both internal and external with brokers / shippers to increase customer satisfaction;Follow company policies and procedures.
