We are looking for a talented SDR Manager to join our SDR team at SalesNash. We’re a fast-growing company that works in B2B lead generation and outreach.

Key Responsibilities : - Organize and develop the SDR part of the service.- Manage the staff of the SDR Department.- Assist the SDR team with handling their projects.
Optimize and improve the SDR part of the existing projects.- Maintain relevant data files / reports for each project.- Train SDRs, and implement new efficient practices within the Department.
Work closely with the Customer Success Department, and attend customer weekly calls when required.You’re our ideal applicant if : - You’ve got excellent command of English;
You have a successful experience of personnel management;- You have outstanding communication and negotiation skills;- Experience with outbound email campaigns (best fit, but optional);
You’re well-organized;- You’re capable of working in a team and work towards common goals;- You have analytical and time management skills.
