Description :

The client is a product international company that provides a defence platform that enables development and security teams to protect critical workloads against emerging threats and undiscovered vulnerabilities with a lightweight agent that protects the organisation’s public, private and hybrid cloud deployments on-premises data centres managed.

In addition, it is an advanced endpoint detection and response platform, which gathers as much information as possible to detect and analyse complex threats while being as non-intrusive as possible, minimising the impact on the network and the endpoint.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years work experience in an IT Support role (A company with over 50 employees Global advantage)
  • Microsoft experience including Office 365, Windows 10,
  • G Suite Tools experience
  • Apple hardware and software experience
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Well organized and have good teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge in MDM tools, Intune and Jamf
  • Any knowledge in security and networking is A plus
  • Preferences :

    Google Cloud, AWS, GOlang Programming language

    Job Responsibilities :

  • Be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
  • Diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Train employees on best practices and new technologies.
  • Assist with onboarding practices for new employees.
  • Track issues in the IT ticketing system.
  • Audio Visual troubleshooting with conference room equipment and vendor.
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory.
  • This person will report directly to the Global IT Support Manager.
